Cowboys and Sailors

Cowboys and Sailors

Cowboys and Sailors one and the same.

Both wanting glory, Both needing fame.

They never stay home, and they're always alone.

They can't stand to sit still, 'cause they live for thrill.

With no ace in the whole they'll try once more,

Praying to do better, hoping to not get that Dear John letter.

He loves her It's true, but what can he do.

When the time comes he will have to run.

It's the call of the road or that wide open see.

The wild sensation of a burning temptation
